PSP Go Trophies

Questions have been asked about whether or not the PSP Go is going to support the same trophy system that is found on the Playstation 3. It was thought that maybe Sony would put a trophy system on the PSP Go and allow it to share data from the PS3.

PSP Go Trophy system?

Unfortunately the PSP Go is not going to support the trophy system. Sony officially announced this and said that this was due to the fact that they needed to make sure that the PSP Go was secure. They went on to say that the previous Sony PSP models were one of the most hacked games consoles in history, and they did not want people boosting their rank using unfair means. This would defeat the point of having a trophy system in the first place.
